latinos in general do respect their teachers to a degree. you can find people disrespecting teachers in every part of the world but in general it's hard to see a teacher being straight up mocked from where i live in me country, of course in other states far down south in my country people often pick cases of private school teachers being bullied and blow it out of proportions though, usually usual when one bullies a teacher here some classmates often have a "post school talk" with the nigger and they stop...Not even close. Do you have a single parent or live in an urban environment by any chance? If you had bullied a teacher where I grew up your dad would have beat the shit out of you. All the teachers were decent people and even the fat one people would joke about was never targeted to upset her in any way. Actively trying to upset a teacher would of been an immediate suspension from the school, a report home and then an ass kicking for any child.
that is funny and clever, i guess saying anything against manipulatedthumberg is bad i thunk.
anyways i don't really think it fully fits the thread but i found two users, call it a sixth sense but their posts drew my attention:
checking their profiles... is just... KEK.

Trustmebrotake said:You’d be surprised at how many pro-life men who vote against abortion have had mistresses and young daughters that have been pressured by said man to have an abortion. The hypocrisy is astronomical.

spoilers: it's a tranny, no sane person woulda thunk of that...Funnytake said:This is one of the most surreal stories I’ve seen on Reddit, frankly. I applaud your stamina and endurance, but... how on earth does it occur to a 19-year-old human being that the easiest way to get to a doctor’s appointment that’s more than 30 km away is to take a leisurely walk? Thanks for this, anyway, and I hope you and your teeth are well.

The amount of total incels on Reddit is becoming really concerning (Archive) (RemovedditArchive)
(P.S: Reddit is a social media too, filled with trannies though)Thunktake said:There's a depressing lack of empathy and compassion in the world at large and it seems to be growing. Social media seemed filled with such positive potential at the start, but has ended up being a total shitshow in many regards.
I try not to take it personally and to remind myself that people who attack others often fervently believe in their heart that they are the victim.

Anyone else find it a bit odd being told how energy inefficient bitcoin is, whilst watching tv and seeing several gigantic diesel machines churn up thousands of tonnes of earth in Alaska to produce tiny flecks of gold? (Archive) (RemovedditArchive)
Copetake said:Both are bad. The only odd part is when people criticize one while conveniently ignoring the problems with the other.
The utility for the person mining is greater than the cost of mining. The utility may be, and likely is, less than the total cost. The utility of the exchanges made possible by Bitcoin will far exceed the cost of electricity used.
That's the nature of externalized costs. The real costs are paid by someone else. Often the costs are only suffered in the future, and are distributed widely so as to be unnoticeable to the individual.
That's the case with bitcoin. The miner pays only money for equipment and electricity. Same thing with gold. The end user of gold pays only money. But for both the cost to the environment is paid by everyone and is paid in blood.
And don't get me wrong, this isn't sufficient reason to abandon bitcoin entirely right now. But it is reason we should be working towards alternatives that aren't as costly.

Circumcision is one of the stupid things that religion made us do (Archive) (RemovedditArchive)

Microdosing psychedelic drugs is associated with increases in conscientiousness and reductions in neuroticism, finds a new Australian study, which may explain the positive effects on performance and psychological well-being respectively. (Archive) (RemovedditArchive)
Sciencetake said:Yes, but that study wasn't exactly conducted in the best way, and they even admitted that the subjects could have tainted the results by not following procedures (since it was all self-administered).
Basically, more studying is needed.
i refuse to quote r/pseudoscience further, it's getting embarassing for me to read which signals i've lost enough braincells and patience with their shit.
