Rate me dumb, but what is femboys' major malfunction? I don't know how long they exist already, but they are quite a new phenomenon to me. They are basically guys trying to pass as girls, and while I know that transvestites have existed for quite a long time, I always thought they were nothing more than comedy. Who are the femboys trying to appeal to?

They're essentially gay bottoms. Like the vast majority of gays, they live to have sex. But there are not enough gay dicks to go around. So they take advantage of the entire "trap" thing and try to appeal to the spaghetti-"straight" dudes who might make a slip-up when pent up and a bit drunk or so. A bit like prison gay in a sense.
It's this weird thing where they're completely incapable of seperating the art from the artist. I remember seeing a thread awhile ago where they were seething about that one "Negative XP" song. I wonder what the overlap with "Fantano" watchers are.

Not just corporations, content creators do this too. At least 5 of which I follow changed their profile pictures to a pride flag of sorts and I suspect most of them will change it back to normal when pride month is over. It's weird how people are willing to clown on corporations yet it's fine when their favorite youtuber does it.
