Maybe I am overthinking it but is there any particular reason why Reddit slaps an "Illuminati eye" on these "good news" posts?

...has that ever been banned? I can't even imagine how it would be enforced, not every state requires any sort of food safety cert and it's not like those ask for your medical record. I worked with a bunch of raging faggots about a decade ago and two of them were very open about their HIV+, one had AIDS cancer - directly involved in food prep.
