You couldn't go two sentences without someone shilling Ron/Rand Paul and there was fuck tons of gore, cp, piracy, and creepshots. Fast forward and you can get banned for saying there are two genders. Another forum that was noticeably libertarian that went crazy left was Something Awful.

My speculation is that eventually lolberts realize that very few conservatives and moderates will endorse fucking kids or selling drugs to kids so they drift further and further left until they find someone who will.

You could probably add in the r/atheism types somewhere into that pipeline, whether it's at the start or middle. You get these weirdo "enlightened by my own intelligence" types that congregate and rage against anything on the right in an incredibly autistic manner because of something in their personal lives, and then you end up with mini Bob Chipmans, who end up SJW in some way.

Maybe it's because I've been having a laugh reading through that sub recently, I wouldn't be surprised if it was there in that lineup. I still remember when internet atheism was in peak form 15-20 years ago, and it seems all those guys ended up being these weird SJWs or troons.

Edit: Hours later I suddenly remembered the Atheism+ movement that started in the early 2010s. No longer was atheism just "not believing in a god/deity", but now had to move onto address "additional issues" (hence the "+"). These issues were all the SJW issues of the time. Race, sexuality, gender, feminism etc, and interfaced heavily with Reddit. Point I'm making is, that pipeline does exist in a very tangible, recorded way.

It really is funny to see them have a meltdown after they “defend” the poor, poor oppressed Muslims only to find out that that they don’t care for the gays or trannies.

(Side sperg) In my personal life I have friends that are liberals, Muslims, conservatives, Christians, and really almost any “minority” groups you can name. They’re all pretty cool and I enjoy their company. It strikes me, however, that never once have I had a friend that was a tranny. They are, in my experience, simply awful to be around and drag down most fun interactions with their oversensitivity and compulsion to make everything about their pronouns. Maybe someone will prove me wrong one day, but I’m not holding my breath on befriending one.

I’m convinced that we should do studies that find only Nazi, Trump-loving conservative chuds we’re impacted by [insert whatever we want to happen here]. Climate change? Only kills Nazis, drill baby drill. Huge national debt? Only benefits Nazis and America simply must reduce it. BLM riots? You guessed it, totally benefited Nazis shoot those protestors in the street.

Every time I am forced to return to the cesspool, somewhat mainstream parts of reddit for what used to be the part of the Internet forums were for, I am brought into contact with what I can only define as "Mr. Dad Advice".

You know that condescending fatherly advice that is basically "Nut up and shut up" your dad gives you. Brakes suddenly failed on the bridge and you had to park the car in a ditch? "This is why it's important for you to take responsibility for your things". It was his car you were driving because he took yours? "This is why it's important to always check the car you are trusting your life too". Teacher asked a retarded question on the test? "It's not about what it should have been, it's about what he was testing you on". Blah blah blah. Nut up and shut up. Perfectly fine when you are 12 and coach didn't put you in on the baseball game. Not so useful past the age of 18 unless you are being a colossal bitch.

I've noticed that this same attitude is relatively novel on the internet and it's thoroughly saturating the site to the point of madness. Any single possible "solution" will be posted with upmost smugness in a manner I can only compare to twisting a knife. Say "my bitch of a boss" and you'll get a paragraph on how maybe YOU are contributing to a toxic workplace environment, and instead of posting anonymous complaints on the internet, you should take responsibility for your failings (She accidentally dumped the fryer oil on you).

It becomes impossible to use any kind of hyperbole without getting this shit. I can't help but feel it wasn't always like this. I remember growing up these kinds of people were ruthlessly mocked for their autism. Now, autism rules. /sneed/ so you know I am coping and seething
