Biology doesn't even give you authority to talk about this, specially if you are a biologist and actually believe there is no difference between a tranny and a woman, I imagine the first thing they teach you in biology is molecular biology which covers genomics and the actual genetic differences between a man and a woman.

At least at my public university the first things taught are the basics of botany, evolution, anatomy, and the veeeery basic start of cell bio. We’re talking a notch above high school. It isn’t until you begin your upper division courses that you can narrow the focus specifically. Things like Evolutionary genomics and molecular and microbio are specific to your degree focus, and aren’t a requirement for graduation if you’re a general bio student.

It's great when someone says "As a biologist" in this situation, because you immediately know whatever they say next is going to be completely ridiculous.
If it wasn't the only appeal to authority they'd have to make is "As someone with two working eyes and functioning logic centers..."
I've said it before, but people claim Kiwi Farms is transphobic, yet I firmly believe sites like Reddit are the ones that actually are. If a person was so caring, why the hell would you feed this kind of rosy bullshit to people about a serious, irreversible procedure? People will absolutely be able to tell it apart, it rarely goes well, it involves regular painful dilation, it's pretty rare that someone doesn't wind up regretting it.
However apparently those who want to accurately communicate the reality of the situation are the bigots. The compassionate, progressive thing to do is to censor people and present a false narrative to get confused, struggling young people to irreversibly destroy themselves then abandon them if they express remorse. Bravo, truly heroes of our time.

Thing is, even if the coworker stopped wearing makeup, or doing her hair, and started dressing like a butch lesbian, she'd still be 100% more feminine than him. That's what eats him up inside.
