I don't think foresight on the difficulties of housing the bifurcated dong factored into this idiot's decisions.

HP Lovecraft was mostly writing about simple human concepts and the depths of our shit choices but I doubt he thought someone would both do something this horrid AND simultaneously act like they're righteous. He'd assume they're bound for the asylum. Or maybe he was just shit scared of foreigners like people joke about.

I asked the Academics™️ on the SRS thread and the consensus is that he basically split his dick in half vertically along the urethra in a procedure called subincision. Except where most of the mentally ill people who do this only do it on the underside of the shaft and go down about third of the way this Slaneesh worshiper did a total split of the shaft going down all the way to the base. As in the actual base of the penis, the one that is inside of your pelvis and holds it in place, not the visible base which you can see.
