This antifa showing is pathetic. I mean, they're all pathetic in general, but just in terms of numbers this is a piss poor demonstration on their part. Of the people there, only the fursuiter look like they're protesting, the rest just look like they're either passing by or are stopping to record the self-effacing cuck in the costume. Am I being overly optimistic by thinking this means there really that much opposition to the capture of Maduro as there seems to be online? At the very least, there's no way that many people organically updooted that when it seems like the photo of the irl demonstration was filled with people who couldn't care less about it.

Its only amusing and interesting when it's voluntary. To see such a thing perpetrated on an infant is to witness a horrific crime. If somebody drugged a normal guy's dinner and he woke up with pretzelcock, would you feel differently about bearing witness? I couldn't take pleasure in it. It's strange honestly the ANTIFA showing nowadays seems to be alot more pathetic in general especially comparing it to 2016 or even 2020 BLM riots levels. Trump has been a hell of a lot more antagonistic to their beliefs this go around but all they seem to muster is limp wristed protests in inflatable animal costumes. Compare that to 2016 when you had the hoards of black blocks roaming cities and college campuses assaulting and brawling with anyone conservative leaning or even in 2020 when they were trying to burn down federal courts this just seems really fucking pathetic.

What you are seeing are 2 inguinal hernias and an umbilical hernia in an obese male.

The inguinal hernias (These are the large distorted sac-like objects seen on either side of the scrotum) are severely
neglected (at least 5-10 years old, if not more) and both filled with loops of large intestine. They also each show a hypertrophic scar. I would hazard a guess that this is self-inflicted or was performed by a person lacking in medical skill (angulation of the incision is completely wrong for it to have been a previous failed bilateral herniotomy[surgery to fix 2 preexisting hernias]).

The umbilical hernia (above the roll of fat) seems spontaneous, in that I can't see any scars indicating DIY "surgery".

I do, however, notice several mutilation scars on the roll of fat below the umbilicus, the intention behind which is known only to the retard depicted.

The scrotum is intact and the testes descended, giving further credence to my assertion that this is self-inflicted and not bilateral failure of a shoddy congenital hernia repair.

I cannot venture an opinion regarding the penis, as it is covered by the roll of fat. The best I can do is say that it is either very small or has been "operated" on by this idiot to shorten it.

What is also apparent is that the subject's abdominal cavity has shrunk in size due to the high volume of its contents being situated outside said cavity. This makes quick repair of the hernias impossible as the cavity has to be gradually expanded first (usually by gradually reducing the hernia contents by application of external pressure. This takes months.)

Surgeons will generally be hesitant to touch this as elective surgery without extensive psychiatric involvement in the case, as this loser is likely to just pull such shit again and thus be an utter waste of their time.

Every one of those hernias contains small intestine. At any time that intestine can undergo torsion, i.e. twist about itself, cutting off its blood supply (aka. strangulated hernia).

If this condition is left untreated, the affected intestine will die and the necrotic tissue will perforate with leakage of intestinal contents into the peritoneum, peritonitis, septicaemia and death (how far he gets depends on his tolerance for pain, which I assume is quite high, given his penchant for doing these "procedures" on himself.)
