With extreme dick mods like this, usually they create a new hole at the back base of the scrotum for any fluids to leak out. This is done by sounding and just going all the way through. Yes, it is messy and difficult to do and often results in complications and has a low success rate. This article shows the process but there are unspoiled photos within.

While there are “body mod artists” who can do things like this, most extreme fetish work like this is at least partially DIY. There are no doctors- the people providing these services to not have medical training. That also means they can’t (legally) administer any anaesthesia or pain relief.

Not to mention that the average redditor would be a prime victim for these guys if he makes the mistake of going down the wrong street in virtually any urban hellhole. None of the posters in that pic ever left their safe and white neighbourhoods or small towns before, that is for sure.

Despite reddit being a super pozzed leftist echochamber, every comment section under a post that involves India or Indian immigrants turns into an anti-indian circlejerk. Not really relevent to anything in going on in this thread right now, but it warms my heart a little bit to see that even redditors can sometimes exhibit glimpses of sanity through the pozzed tranny globo-homo brainwashing.

None of you leftists on that site should complain about something you'll almost never be at risk of. Christ, you're more at risk of getting scammed by an illegal than anything. And if you do, it's 90-99% on you. In this case, it was 100% on her. Her dying is unfortunate but she brought it upon herself. I can only hope her children won't suffer too much now knowing they lost both a mom and (ex) father. All because their mother wanted to protect the very group that only care for their wallet and how much money they can siphon off you.

That's what gets me about this, it was so unnecessary on her part. She died while trying to run over an agent in defense of a group of parasitic illegals who not only won't care that she died, but most likely completely lack the mental capacity to care or even understand what happened. And now what? The illegals don't stop being illegals- they're still gonna be deported, it's not like they're magically granted citizenship because she fucked around and found out. Seems like the only thing that'll come from her 'noble sacrifice for the cause' is more rioting and screeching. But, yknow, since she was at one of those protests to begin with, that's probably exactly what she would've wanted.
