I don't like the term high trust society either because I don't trust anyone, but calling it a dog whistle is absurd. If you interpret "low trust" as implictly meaning nonwhite immigrants then it sounds like you already know what the real problem is.
It's not just trusting people, it is a different mindset. Do you see people as individuals and treat them decently, or you do mark people as "your ingroup" or "the outgroup"? In low trust it is totally acceptable to exploit someone who is not from your clan if he lets you. That's why indians cannot understand why Canadians got upset they were looting food banks. "Why are you so mad, these people were offering food to people they didn't know, how did they not expect people to rip them off?". Or muslims calling white women whores, "Why are you so mad, she was walking alone without covering her hair and she's not a family member." Or somalians abusing the government hand out system. "They just gave us money if we filled in these forms. If they didn't want to get defrauded, they should've had people check constantly. Besides, they're not from our clan so it's totally okay to take their money if you can get away with it".
The thought that ripping someone off when he isn't "one of yours" is morally acceptable is part of low trust. The result is that everything has to go through family ties, patronage ties, tribal allegiance and indebted people. Dealing with anyone else requires constant surveillance and it is normal you jump someone the moment they try something minor just to show you won't let them screw you.
Sure, there's plenty of fraud and abuse in western countries between whites, but at least they understand they did a bad thing. That at least prevents them from going overboard with every small thing. Like trying to take all 10 toiletpaper rolls from a public bathroom.
Even if you don't trust anyone, the fact you don't try to steal the pillows from a hotel room already makes you more compatible with society than 99% of the thirdies.
in what fields? to what benefit?)
With the whole reproduction crisis, and the pressure to be "diverse" I don't trust those studies with a dime, let alone with some of our most valuable companies that make our modern life possible. Some of the biggest companies were built by straight white men, some of the most complex technologies, from space rockets to computer technology, were built by straight white men. I don't see how ubongo's ethnic knowledge will lead to the breakthrough that let's us put a man on mars.
that it makes people less racist
If anything it makes people more racist. My strongest in-person dose of indian racism was from some pajeeta going off how indian men are horrible and how she's studying her tits off to get away from that hellhole.
