Hmm, is he really calling it problematic though? While I'm quite unsure exactly what the poster is exactly trying to say (I also know nothing about GTA), it starts off with him proclaiming he does enjoy the vast representation from different groups, and that removing these characters would objectively make the world feel flatter, which gives me the impression he is actually defending their portrayal.

Edit: There would probably be more sauce in the comments but I can't find an archive of the post itself, though I did find the account of OP, who seems to be some Algerian schizo which lead me to finding this funny interaction.
