So not really a question but more of a rant I guess. Kind of. Just need to type it because it’s just weird to me and I lost a friendship.

Have (had) a Japanese friend. Let’s call her keiko.
I’ve known Keiko for many years. She’s always been cool.

However, recently I saw a side of her I had no idea existed.

I live in Osaka but I used to live in Tokyo. So I went back Tokyo for GW to catch up with friends.
Met Keiko. We were just talking and drinking. She said she had a new hobby. I was like ”aight cool, what is it?”

And this girl straight up says ”reporting foreigners to immigration”

It sounded so absurd to me and I thought she was joking. So I asked if she just reported random people as a joke and she said yes. Basically people she sees on instagram that she thinks are doing illegal crap.

She started talking specifically about a dude that works as a host in Shinjuku and posts a lot on instagram (I can’t remember the name but he’s pretty big on insta and I think we all have seen him) and that ”he’s a foreigner and he has no right to bla bla bla”. I said that maybe he’s half or something, who knows. She got pissed and said I didn’t get it. Then she implied that she was gonna report me. And that’s when I stood up and left.

In my 11 years here I have never had such an unhinged conversation with anyone. Even people that really didn’t like me never went that far.

She’s probably always been like this deep down but I’ve never realized nor have I heard her talking like this in the past.

There’s not much more to say about this girl than that I guess.

Just needed to share because I’m… well disappointed.

Kinda funny that even now they can't admit Kamala is just an idiot who can't form a complete sentence or that TIM WALTZ, KING OF FRAUD, might not have been the best choice of VPs.

It has a non-existent skill floor and the skill ceiling is incredibly low. The story only exists in theory and nothing of consequence ever happens. It's "narrative" in the same way that a fridge doodle by a five year old is "narrative" and has the barest motif of intellectualism given that it revolves around astronomy in order to bring in the Reddit crowd. And that's perfect for the type of autists that make up the queer and furry gamer demographics.

Game difficulty has nothing to do with its troon attractivness quotient, take a look at the average AGDQ roster for confirmation on that (its likely the opposite since troons hate a lot of traditionally girly games which usually have a skill rating of brain dead). They probably play creative mode on average to avoid having distrctions from building their goon cave like "responsibilities" and "needing to be exposed to God's warmth outside"

I disagree. Almost all of your simulator/cozy whatever style games have a massive troon enclave. Sure the AGDQ crowd is pozzed to Hell and back but how much of that is "trannies like speedrunning" and how much of that is "trannies are a tumor that grow more trannies anywhere they can be found"? Most speedrunners start out as men, they don't get into speedrunning after they troon out.

How many troons are in object hunters? Dress up games? Horse racing/ caring games (that one tranime one doesnt count)? Hell even shit like Mass Effect seems decently tranny free and that wasnt even made for grills. Plus I cant count on 2 hands how many super hardcore boomer shooters currently taken over by trannies

Of course he's a rent seeking piece of shit. He wants someone else to make an engine, assets, and the tools to make custom content, and then he wants to use other people's work to make money while preventing anyone else from doing the same. Games with modding/editor tools and APIs should require mods to be 100% free and open source, none of this faggotry where you have to subscribe to a Patreon or join a fucking Discord server.

Yeah I don't really have enough technical knowledge to know if the thing he posted was a good idea or not, I just saw he started freaking the fuck out and thought it was funny.

What I do know is that people who want to decompile or mod games are often very, very motivated and perseverant, which leads me to believe this obfuscation tool probably won't work.

Kamala is a "black" woman in a place of authority and Tim Walz is the designated "good white guy" with a special needs son and a city overrun by immigrants. Every talking point they have demands these two be prized.

He's trying to close source an open source engine. The whole point of s&box is that it's open source, anything is free to modify. If you make and sell a game with an open sores engine the idea is that anyone can take it apart and modify it.

Other users rightly point out that closed source engines exist, so why bother?

His argument that you shouldnt share some clever piece of code in s&box is kind of antithetical to the whole idea

I think it’s funny that even nowadays the libshits cannot admit she (and Walz) were terrible candidates. They are so stuck toeing the party line, for fear of being excommunicated, that they can’t speak the truth. Trump isn’t a great candidate, they could have easily won if they had someone with an ounce of charisma or policy.
