I wouldn't say racism was "nonexistent" but there was definitely a widespread mindset among many whites and blacks to try and "leave the past in the past" and also an attitude of "focus on the good people from each group".
It is definitely true that racism made a comeback in large part because (left-leaning) politicians decided it would be beneficial to their political cause to NOT "leave the past in the past" and deliberately "focus on the bad white people". And then right-leaning influencers/ the right at large returned the favor by focusing on the "bad black people", and here we are.
Media was also tightly controlled by a handful of corporations so you saw what they wanted you to see on the nightly news unlike today where I can go on X or Telegram and see thousands of videos of niggers in their natural habitat doing what comes as natural to them: raping, stealing, and killing.
The funniest part is they won, the civil rights shit passed, they had a mulatto mulsim in the white house with his tranny wife, it could have been smooth sailing with periodic race baiting when something actually serious happened from there because the repubs of the era despite their grumbling actually accepted obunga. But no, the boomer democrats who got obunga into the big house with their dark money didn't know how to be an opposition party without big bad whitey to fight against and gave him some fantastically bad advice. Now we are here, where racism lurks behind every xitter post, and they are photoshopping black supreme court justices in KKK robes.
While looking through some moron's post history, I came across /r/petrodollarSIM which on it's face appears to be a 100% AI / botted subreddit, but it actually looks like its the work of some AI addled TDS skitzo. When I looked at the front page the other day, these two articles were separated by only one other post:
Notice anything different between the two? Now lets take a look at the sidebar:
Wow! 165k weekly visitors since the sub was created less than 6 weeks ago! That means 990,000 people redditors have viewed this wonderful sub which is definitely not botted to shit.
If you do some more browsing, you'll notice the mod crix_22 is the only contributor. crix_22 apparently only posts in his own sub or various TDS echo chambers but his profile links to his substack (which prominently features an article about "Prophet" Jiang, who has a PG thread here), and a delightfully skitzo AI slop website where you are greeted by a floating picture of Mohamed Ail, bee and butterfly emojis, and background graphics that follow your mouse around. The site rounds out its offerings with a "catalog" of AI training scenarios which unfortunately link to nothing along with an admonishment that the use of their "intelligence lab" is "[...] restricted to those with an active SAM.gov account, an active DD2345, a DSS-approved mitigation plan OR signed Export Compliance Acknowledgment Form for those operating under FOCI. Additionally, membership is open to entities operating under bilateral security agreements with the United States as well as those actively engaged in classified or export-controlled projects aligned with strategic defense and information warfare initiatives."
The whole "5G gives you cancer!!!!" shit was a cover for the real 5G conspiracy. 5G requires far more towers than previous cell phone technology which means your phone is pinging way more towers than before making it easier to track your movements with even more accuracy.
That post is so spiteful and hateful and condescending and smug
I'd almost encourage it as a sort of motivational routine, like "read this thing in full once every day" just to fuel your own motivation for counteracting such people
Reddit, 4chan, Xitter and even here. The internet will fuck your brain, I figure humans just aren't supposed to be this interconnected because ultimately no matter the politics/rules/culture all social media ends up this deranged, though it also should be noted that most western social media is also American dominated. Food for thought.
I think the winning play is to eventually cut it all down to pure utility, using the net for whatever you need except any social needs, easier said than done though, you don't realize how online you are until you actively try to stay offline.
Anyway, I had to use reddit briefly today to find some obscure info, now more than ever I want to quit the entire internet.
It may look silly, but it's a real issue. There are people who read about problems (real or imaginary) that exist in the US and just copy those talking points wholesale, without stopping for a second to consider whether any of it even applies here
Notable examples include:
-Roe v Wade sperg
-Random Trump policies sperg
-niggers being killed sperg (in a country that has 5 blacks and 3 of those are american tourists)
-waaaah carcentrism sperg (in a city built circa VIII century)
Don't forget colonialism, "black slaves built the country", the straight lifting of concepts (like using the English word "gender" with an English pronunciation in German), this notion that the more niggers there are, the more diverse something is, etc.pp.

I fail to see how that's a problem caused by America and not your fellow countrymen going full retard. I don't read news stories from other countries and lose my mind over some stupid shit that Pierre Richelesaux pretard je logriouxoueuraxeux did unless it directly effects my own country.

Sorry, I probably should have clarified it earlier. The "american social media dominance" doesn't bother me at all- the only thing I find mildly funny and a little annoying is people who can't filter the content they consume and just can't seem to recognize that something simply doesn't apply to them on a national (and, more often, personal) level

German universities adopted US Idpol 1:1 years ago and now you have uppity half blacks teaching "herstory" courses and talking about old, white men. It's frankly ridiculous.
