Why do you think they're messaging you every day about the ban? This isn't something I've ever seen before even with other permabans so it makes me curious what their automation is like.

"Permanently banning" an account but still allowing it to log in anyway so they can send it a new "fuck you loser get lost" message every day is such a reddit thing to do.

It seems to suggest there might be a system for automatically reapplying temp bans to keep people permabanned (RPGnet does this manually to people they dislike), but that it was accidentally activated to send a permanent ban every day.
 
Reddit is literally the easiest site to troll ever. All their mods are autistic as fuck so all you have to is be mildly sarcastic in your shitposting and you might as well be speaking Aramaic to them.

I believe it, but what a silly alternative to "just actually fucking ban the account for good, disable it entirely and never interact with it again."

If it does work that way, then I hazard that it's for the same psychological reason that RPGnet mods do it. Whether that's pettiness or trying to get people to cuck and not ban evade IDK.
 
Is snew broken for anyone else? I was using the only working instance (politicbot.github.io) but it's no longer loading content for me. Is there any alternative?

I don't know what got my alt-righty senses tingling, maybe it was a kid of op's who just moved here separate from op or maybe it was uninsured or maybe it was soonercare (gibs) or maybe it was just the ask of where to get the shot like anyone doesn't fucking know (black people are too dumb to know how to I'm told) but I felt a need to click the profile and found out that other than online-faggot asspats for putting experimental shots into a child, op's interests are mainly around being a dad who likes getting fucked up on special poppy seeds as some kind of opium analog, every damn time.
