You could argue that they looked up too much futa porn online and thought "god I wish that were me" down to having a vagina and not just dick and tits. It makes sense if you see it as the next level of autogynephilia. I've seen so many trannies who want to be living sex objects all over Twitter.

I agree, but here's the thing though; it plainly looks like surgery gone wrong, and yet these people see it and somehow think "Hawt! ¡This is just like one of my hentais!". Even if we're modeling the mind of an autogynephile, I still don't understand how they're seeing the actual results and thinking that they're anything but gross.

Maybe they're just that good at substituting fantasy for reality
