So many of the recent threads are by people who either don't know how to make a thread or think Kiwi Farms is the place to make their personal army request for someone who's mildly annoying to not even at all. It's really hard to come by a good new post at times. I was wondering if there would ever be some sort of extended restriction on making Proving Grounds threads until people show they've read the stickies, or we just stop taking lolcow threads altogether?

By the nature of PG you're going to get a lot of shit. It's better to have to sift through turds to find gold than miss out.
There's a request thread/little lolcow thread already. You could just have people unable to post threads for the 1st 3 months of sign-up and have them use that.

It's currently spring break in the US, my theory is a lot of them are kids with free time. PG is fun though and needs more love. You can find secret lolcows there and help work on cool OPs

Shout out to @Wheezy Asthmatic and @Burning Fanatic for being the tard wranglers at the gates and making sure we have quality threads

Sifting through all the garbage in PG is pretty fun imo. Sometimes you end up with gems like this

The Palmer Report OP was fucking awful. The worst part is people were giving total praise to the OP despite the large amount of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
