I'm fairly certain one of the PS2 games outright has hunk clones, so who knows.

People disliked RE6 because it was hammer the buttons and wiggle the sticks the game. All RE6 needed was to have less shit forcing the player to constantly hammer the buttons and wiggle the sticks and instantly it would've been far more liked. It's why RE6 Mercenaries is so loved despite the rest of the game being hated. The story mode is ass because you keep being forced to hammer the buttons and wiggle the sticks. But as soon as you just get raw unrestricted pure RE6 gameplay everyone loves it. It's almost as if the problem was never the game but everything else surrounding it.

The combat is alright the real problem beyond the QTEs is it's linearity and streamlined nature, it's just hallways to the next set piece, it's not even an ounce of horror beyond body horror either

Play RE CV or RE 3 or even fucking 4 and realize how thinned out 6 is, RE should always have little hubs of exploration and puzzles in some fashion

Seems like a good game, but from what I can tell grace's sections are a drag, but the 2nd half of the game is mostly Leon so theres that.

The long as fuck tutorial is definitely going to kill replay value somewhat.

Hopefully mods get so good that you can play as Leon in grace's sections seamlessly and start the game at the hospital.

Also glad to see some of the Campyness and retard shit is back, Leon's one liners are alright this time around. They really should have just made REmake 2 2 with two seperate campaigns or REmake4 2.

Same issues with RE3 Remake there. It's just a line back and forth.
 
I generally don't buy games at full price, but I want something new to play. Is Requiem any good? Would y'all recommend it?
