If it makes you feel any better you only kill around 10 of them total. Everything after that is still dogshit, but you have like 15min of game left.

is it bad that I was ok with the resident evil 2 and 4 remake? the combat on 4 was a little bit eh but 2 was okay for me, I wished that 3 was longer as it took way too short of a time to complete, I havent gotten around to playing the originals as I just wanted to try and ease into the series a bit without having to look at playstation graphics idk maybe im retarded but should I go back to the originals to try them out? any recommendations or anything?

Thats like 10 minutes long and its in the final hour of the game... Also its really the lead in to a boss fight.

While I roll my eyes at a lot of the nostalgia callbacks its easily the best reveal of the game. Using someone who's been so enigmatic but also needs no introduction as a surprise boss is perfect.

Dimitrescu is Hungarian/Romanian and loosely based on Elizabeth Bathory, Dracula, and the blood rituals the Hungarian/Romanian elites were rumored to do (Order of the Dragon). The crest is a rose cross, which could be a nod to the Rosicrucians.

Jake is pretty decently weaker than Wesker (on account of not having his experimental virus but instead seems slightly empowered by the C-Virus and general good genetics), not exactly a threat.
I'm not sure Sherry can go full CLaw and Eyeballs at will, but maybe? she's likely like Alexia and can fully control what she is, but doesn't embrace it.

Rosemary is legitimately a walking apocalypse, the strongest B.O.W. ever recorded the only one to ever be a World Ender and also fully sentient too.

Natalia is just a regular girl with a copy of Alex Wesker in her head, I guess she has virial knowledge but likely the two minds will forever cancel each other out.

And then there's Manuela, who has fire for blood...

Has anyone experienced really bad stuttering and frame drops while playing as Leon? As Grace I have no problems but whenever playing his sections it's constant during combat and really fucks it up for me. It's already worse than any of the remakes so this makes playing as him a pain in the ass and not fun at all. I don't see the game being as repayable as the others.

Was looking into development to see who's responsible for the dogshit parts. English was handled by two white women in-house at Capcom, but I found out Terra Localization provided support and I've seen their work before. Women and nigger owned? Their 'mere existence disrupts the industry'? Always a bad sign.

They made a post about the game on IG a few days ago. Notice how they edited the post and Google still shows an earlier version mentioning 'exposure thrapy.' Wonder why that happened.

Lionbridge also did LQA and they're well-known for what they call 'culturalization' which is sensitivity censoring.

Capcom should just move out of Japan at this point if they're gonna keep having white guys write the script too.

It seems it wants to be RE7, 8 and RE4 remake all at the same time but dont commit to either of the playstyle.

This has been a dragon Capcom has been chasing since 6. They want to make a game that pleases all sides of the fanbase without upsetting any of them either and it has iffy results every time. RE6 had the Leon campaign pretend to be horror while also being Call of Duty, 7 leaned hard into RE1 survival horror elements, 8 weirdly pivoted into RE4/7, then you have this game that is doing the same thing but with 6 action and campaign split.

Capcom would be better off if they could just pick a fucking lane and stick with it. Make an action game, then follow it up with a more traditional horror game after either as a spinoff or mainline, I dont think people would care much.

They do, re4 has black mold liquid. But re9 references both originals and the remakes.

Zeno was a Wesker clone and there were dozens of Grace clones at the orphanage.

It's obviously no big deal for Umbrella or The Connection or whatever they call themselves now to clone people so I don't see why they wouldn't clone their top mercenary.
