Writer Marshall Brickman, who co-wrote with Woody Allen the script to the movie Annie Hall died at the age of 85.
That used to be one of my favorite movies. Woody Allen pretty much ruined his entire oeuvre with his repulsive conduct.

It wasn't even like Roman Polanski, to pick another Jewish director, because while Polanski's crimes were equally vile, Woody Allen's films almost depended on him being a likeable nebbish. That lens of enjoyment of his films is totally destroyed by what a vile person he actually is.

Polanski's films, by comparison, could really only have come from a truly sick and degenerate mind. Look at the whole plot of Chinatown. They're great films, but they come from a deeply sick place. It's not like your illusions were ever shattered about a guy like Polanski.

Nevertheless, I look forward to both of them appearing in this thread as soon as possible.

Eminem’s mother, Debbie Nelson — the woman who was infamously dissed on his classic rap albums (The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show, just to name a few), has reportedly died at the age of 69 to cancer

They did eventually make up back in 2014 with his song “Headlights“ off of his The Marshall Mathers LP 2 album:

Which song was about cutting off her tits with a chainsaw? I forget

80s and 90s J-Pop singer and actress Miho Nakayama died at the age of 54 in a bathtub no less.
I was shocked when I heard the news. Miho Nakayama was HUGE in the 80s/90s and was still around doing celebrity stuff before she passed away.

What a sad way to die. RIP

I remember seeing her in Love letter and the extremely camp 80s TV show Sailor Fuku Hangyaku Doumei (one of her earliest works).
