I haven't seen anyone mention it but Tor Eckhoff better known as apetor died Saturday 27th of November 2021. Apparently he was filming for his next youtube video on thin ice and a massive crack in the ice pulled him in.

Fuckin' hell. I can't think of too many worse ways to go out, even if he was full of vodka or aqvavit or whatever he was pounding down in that video. Imagine such a sudden shock of freezing cold that you gasp in pure reflex, only to suck that freezing/burning icewater right into your lungs......I can only hope he would have gone into shock quickly and died without prolonged agony.
