RIP Thread

Busisiwe Lurayi, a Netflix star from South Africa passed away at the age of 36.

Great comment from the comment section:
Why assume it’s the jab rather than something even more deadly like fentanyl?

Just saying what we're all thinking. Given her own status as an imported cultural enricher it's equally as likely she perished during an enrichment of her own as it is that the Wu Flu shot took her out.

Her and Donald Trump used to be on the NY Post Page Six pages when it came to infidelity rumors in their marriage:

The 80’s version of the Trumps is something that I don’t think could ever be replicated in current day. Instead, we replaced them with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian beefing over Kim meeting Pete Davidson.

Do you remember that movie First Wives Club? It was Diane Keaton, maybe Goldie Hawn and Better Midler (I could totally be wrong), anyway they were, as the title suggests, all spurned first wives. There's a cameo that Ivana did and her line was something like, "don't get mad, get everything". Fierce.

Sorry for the double post but NASCAR pilot Bobby East, was stabbed to death. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11020379/NASCAR-icon-Bobby-East-37-MURDERED-California.html

NASCAR star Bobby East, 37, died after being stabbed at a California gas station, with his suspected murderer killed in a SWAT raid just two days later.

East was fueling up in Westminster on Wednesday when he was stabbed to death in the chest. East was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

'The victim was found on the ground suffering from a serious stab wound to the chest area,' Westminister Police said in a statement regarding East's murder. 'Officers attempted life saving measures until OCFA paramedics arrived and transported the victim to a local trauma center, where the victim succumbed to his injury.'

Black, young, up-and-coming stand-up comedian, involved in multiple Netflix productions, openly celebrated by mainstream comedians and favored by Peacock (i.e. NBCUniversal, so a mainstream media corp).

"Unexpectedly died." lol no. Dude OD'd or a drug deal went bad. No question.

If it'd been a genuine unexpected health issue unrelated to the common Hollywood vices we'd have heard about it because families garner fame and sympathy (and potentially lucrative deals) from that sort of "tragedy." If he'd been shot, they'd be screaming from the rooftops about gun control. If he'd been killed by a white person, they'd be screaming about racism instead.

He's too rich & famous to live in a shitty neighborhood and he looks fairly "clean cut," so random gang violence is unlikely. He's rich enough to have people working for him to deal with the seedy side of the drug world, so it's also unlikely he'd be directly involved enough in a drug deal to be in any danger even if it went bad.

Drug abuse is fashionable and widely accepted in Hollywood, drugs are plentiful and easily accessible there, and he's a stand-up comedian (meaning he likely suffers from a mental illness like depression and would therefore seek out ways to feel better quickly), so an OD following a heavy drug habit seems the most likely culprit.

Today officially marks five years since Chester Bennington, the famous lead singer of Linkin Park fame, killed himself through a suicide by hanging. He was only 41 years old.

You can say what you want about nu-metal, but this song still has aged well, in my opinion:

The music video of the song currently has over 1.4 billion views on YouTube.

I guess some conspiracy theorists will already blame the covid vaxx for this one.
You guys were somewhat off. TheWrap just came back with the autopsy yesterday:
Knight, who was born Jakim Maulana, died Thursday at the age of 28. His body was found on an embankment in Boyle Heights with a gunshot wound to the head around 8:33 p.m., the medical examiner told TheWrap.

Robert Alan Koeneke died on the 15th, apparently. You may not recognize his name, but he was the creator of Moria in 1983 (and developed for years to come), one of the earliest and most famous of the roguelike genre of games. He was 64.
Oh man, I spent a loooot of time playing Moria. Sad to hear that.
