RIP Dumbledore, I always preferred him as the famous James Bond Villain, but this is no doubt a huge loss for HP Fans and the Scottish acting world in general.

This is very unfortunate to read.

Leisure Suit Larry was the first mature/adult game that I vividly remember having older adults telling children to stay away from this game due to the adult-themed content, and it was nothing like Dead or Alive: Xtreme Volleyball or Playboy: The Mansion coming out in the same timeline.

That game is nothing like other adult games to come out, and it’s a shame that we’ve had nothing come out like that in its existence in current day.

You could never get away with producing or publishing a game like that today. If memory serves, the most recent sequel from just a few years ago was very milquetoast compared to the originals.

It always cracked me up how bent out of shape adults got at the prospect of kids playing LSL. The same adults who were constantly screaming about how kids needed to be taught either abstinence or proper condom use at an early age. The same adults who were terrified of all the "adult content" of the game but somehow didn't know that the very first sexual encounter Larry can have early on in the game will result in his immediate death post-coitus from an STD if he fails to obtain and put on (the player must deliberately do both) a condom before he dips his wick -- explicitly teaching the player to wrap it before they tap it, or they'll die a gruesome (but hilarious) death.
