Those sources are from the previous night, not updated. They're grieving too much to put it out to TMZ, Hollywood Reporter, and other tabloids yet.

Both characters that grew up watching died on the same day. It feels like a piece of my childhood died too. Rest in peace Jeff and Jim, they brought me a lot of laughs and memes.


 
Well, after 42 years of existence and creating such hits as Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances), This Ugly yet Beautiful World, FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt and, of course, FUCKING NEON GENESIS EVANGELION, the legendary anime studio Gainax filed for bankruptcy in June of 2024 and as of now has ceased to exist.

My Grandma passed away recently.
She was ill for a long time and I am glad she passed away peacefully.
I still miss her so much.
