Rest In Peace to my last Great-Grandmother. She had been in hospice these last few days and passed away yesterday evening at the age of 92. She held on for a long time despite all the health issues she was battling; she was very strong and endured a lot. Before all this, I last saw her on Christmas and she had given me a blanket she sewed and had worked on for at least 3 months... it was her final project... Needless to say, I am an absolute mess right now... she was seriously one of my biggest defenders... (:_(💔
 
Hong Kong actor and martial arts star Bruce Leung Siu-Lung passed away at 77. He had a varied career, among others he was one of the major "Bruces" who appeared in the wave of "Brucesploitation" films of the 70s made in the wake of Bruce Lee's passing (he was interviewed in an excellent documentary on this period of film, Enter the Clones of Bruce) as well as roles in his later years like playing "The Beast" in Stephen Chow's Kung Fu Hustle, (where except for a CGI-aided moment where he stomps Stephen Chow's character into the ground, he did most of his own stunts).

One of the greatest drummers Australia has ever produced. The drum solo in "Power and the Passion" is epic.


His side project, Ghostwriters, is well worth checking out too.
