Tom Noonan has died at the age of 74.

His potrayal of the killer in Manhunter is amazing.
Son of a bitch. He really was an amazing Dolarhyde. I still prefer his version of the "you owe me awe" monologue over the others we've had, and that's saying something considering he's competing with Ralph Fiennes and Richard Armitage.

He was also good in RoboCop 2, Last Action Hero, and The Blacklist.

Awww....such an amazing character actor.

Actually aside from his film work I loved him in anthology shows. He was great in Tales from the Darkside as the loser gambler who comes back from the dead trying to "win" against Danny Aiello one last time only for Danny to fuck him over one more time and in Monsters with that whacked out episode with the finger that comes out of the toilet bowl. He also directed a few episodes.

I also have a fuzzy memory of a movie he was in, and possibly directed, that was a bit nuts that was shot in black and white and he played a bartender. I have to try to find that one again - it's been decades since I saw it.

Late and gay, but Peter Tuiasosopo died last year on February 10th. He played E.Honda in the 1994 Street Fighter movie, and other roles.

Of all the ways to go, ALS is probably among the worst of the worst. Your mind remains intact but your body goes to shit. Terrible. Again, just too fuckin young.
It feels like it was yesterday they announced that he had it so I was chocked to learn he passed. The disease progression of ALS can be super fast. It’s one of the 2 diseases I wish to never have (the other is huntingtons, in both you stay lucid while you completely lose control of your body)
