RIP Thread

Former MLB player and manager Phil Garner passed away today from cancer just a few weeks before his 77th birthday. He had a 16 year playing career which included being named an All-Star three times as well as winning the 1979 World Series as part of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

He then went on to manage over 2000 games during 15 seasons. In 2005 he helped take the Houston Astros to their first World Series appearance.
Ol' Scrap Iron finally got sent to the great scrapyard in the sky.

She also has feline aids and hiv.

This is one of the biggest trance tracks ever. Hard to overstate how influential her lyrics were here.
Holy F, that was Enya's sister? I've been listening to that album for years and had no idea.

If anyone wants a good trance album to listen to, Chicane's Behind the Sun (featuring the aforementioned "Saltwater" and another ethereal favorite, "Autumn Tactics") is always an excellent choice.

The album also has legendary female vocalist Justine Suissa (see A&B/OceanLab's "Breaking Ties") along with Canadian heartthrob/mega hits-maker Bryan "I'm Not Sorry" Adams (no intro required).
