Another one for the 27 club. He had drug problems since age 15 along with mental health problems. Looks like he OD'd in rehab.

I assumed he knew he was getting sent, and downed a fuck ton of his drugs either as means to get rid of it or to kill himself. But I don't know if this was a voluntary rehab hold or not.

I did wonder if it was because maybe he'd been off them for a while, then did a whole bunch after being off them, which I heard also kills drug addicts.

Fuck this one really bums me out. I was an avid Loveline listener starting around 2003 or 4. Have gone back and listened to the archives a lot, still occasionally pull out an old episode or 2 to listen too. Didn't listen Adam much with his morning show, followed him a bit into his Podcast before I checked out on him mostly phoning it in. 1998-2005 Loveline Adam was best Adam, even better than The Man Show, and Bald Bryan was around for a several years of that and well into the podcast era. I remember finding out about his diagnosis when he announced it on the podcast and him talking about his treatment.
I actually listened to Adam for the first time in probably 10 years with the episode starring Bruce Campbell talking about his cancer, and I had wondered how Brian was doing.
