Also yeah, no shit - when the general paradigm of Christianity which is the soil from which universal rights grew - is chased out of its ancestral lands by... oh right, MUSLIMS and remains chiefly in Europe, then of course Europe is going to be the one to cook up the new idea. Maybe if you had let the faith spread around to other cultures, they might have developed their own styling of universal rights from it.

Honestly, if universal rights was a thing that happened on it's own; there wouldn't be a case of Somalia repeatedly breaking down due to infighting. Everyone would have some form of firearms. The Rape of Nanking (I know that I'm probably spelling this wrong) have been caused by the Japanese expanding into China. China wouldn't have turned into a dystopian socialist regime. The Muslims wouldn't be killing each other over how to worship Allah. Kuwait wouldn't have been invaded by Hussein. And Israel wouldn't need the Iron
Dome.
Think about it, not everyone has the access to the same type of resources (and intelligence).

None of them, nor actual traditionalists do. Literally zero in fact, because it's impossible to actually perfectly follow even very lax moral codes perfectly. This simple fact is one of the reasons why moral codes keep getting degraded down to the point at which pedophilia and bestiality are within the strike zone for normalization. When one breaks a moral principle and then is confronted with having to maintain the moral code, they're presented with two binary options. They can either
A: face their own sins and live with the fact that they're a hypocrite but still uphold the code or
B: attempt to expunge that moral principle from the moral code in order to at least in their minds and the public's minds' absolve themselves of their sins
Half of modern society is so obsessed with hypocrisy as a moral principle (which it is don't get me wrong) that they can be danced around like a marionette by it. The other half simply doesn't give a shit and laughs at the former half when it calls them on their hypocrisy. Imagine if we conducted the law with this same kind of mindset. A cop who shoplifted when he was 8 now can't arrest any shoplifters? A judge (21 at the time) who banged a 16yo while drunk at a frat party now has to dismiss every pedophilia case?
