RPGnet Forums

At this point, I'm surprised some shitposter from /tg/ or some place similar hasn't just decided to create a burner account claiming to be a transgender POC and using that to really fuck with the mods and userbase

RPG.net's infamous for being pretentious stiffs even among the Woke Left, right up there with ResetERA.

/tg/ is pretty pozed now too.

That doesn't surprise me, but RPG.net's been insufferably woke long before the "Current Year" culture wars got kicked into high gear. They're right up there with Tumblr and Atheism+/Rational Wiki in terms of how long they've been at it.

Heck, back when 8/tg/ was still a thing, going after RPG.net like that would be something that'd be up their alley.

You don't even have to play the gender identity card to fuck with them. Just post a thread with a very specific premise like "Hey folx, my group and I want to play a gritty, street level superhero campaign using D&D 5e, any tips?"

Then just report everyone who responds with "Yeah, use a different system" for threadcrapping and edition warring. Remember, the burden of proof is on the poster to prove that they weren't threadcrapping.

In minecraft.

For extra points pick a highly woke system like Blue Rose that has no capability of being run as that kind of game.

It never seems to cross their mind that, being a collection of hypersensitive cunts to begin with, the women they promote to mods will tend to be uber-cunts.

"We decided to associate our female mods with perhaps the single most egregious example of an idiotic, bone headed, feels-over-reals, affirmative action hire, misandrist, nasty, cunt in modern media because we are Smart People."

Witness him, brothers. This is how you burn your account and walk away.

"Classic Holdo-y manner."

RPG.net is beyond parody. If you intentionally wrote a collection of humorless wokescolds adopting a dreadful character from a dreadful Star Wars movie as a term of art, your editor would laugh and tell you to tone it down a little; you can only make your strawmen so absurd.

Even if you posted that on their forums and tried to make it inoffensive as possible, they'll still find a reason to ban you.

Probably citing some form of sexism as the reason.

'Holdoing'.

Jesus, it's like how any criticism of Obama was automagically racist. Criticizing a female mod is now solely motivated by sexism. Can't be competence, can't be mental problems, you just hate this stronk female mod! BANNED!

Doesn't surprise me that Tanka and BethDragon are up in this shit. Worthless fucks.

Native American Heritage Blowjob Month continues, as a bunch of white people wring their hands over a cartoon from the 80s being problematic.

I love how this isn't actually a debate on the merits of a hypothetical Bravestarr reboot and how it could be made less problematic, but instead everyone circlejerking about how much they care about theoretical people in such a hypothetical situation, which is then presented as virtue. Truly stunning and brave.

Poor Wakshaani, though. Makes a good point about the 80's cartoon as toy commercial angle, asks 'hey, how exactly are we gonna play this? there's a lot of ways to go' and... gets banhammered.

Even the Spanish inquisition would look at these guys and say, "lighten the fuck up!"

Dead serious that I have run across INTENSE religious folks (like the kind where a single gesture on screen in a movie is enough to disqualify it) who were less touchy than these people.

I would kill to look at a members/active users list of the website - especially over time. (Searched on my own before but couldn't turn it up.)
