With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Is the reasoning behind upping the prize money (From 10k to 30k now, Jon thinks it'll be 50k before the show's end) to keep the Fish motivated and stop them from leaving?

I genuinely thought it was hilarious that the prize money was absurdly small. 10k is not life changing money, and will probably be spent in less than 6 months with nothing left to show at the end (Apart from a dropshipping empire if the contestants play it smart). With less of them left, and the money becoming closer to a life-changing amount, the charm of seeing these retards duke it out for pennies has been lost. It's far less humiliating for the contestants, which is one of the reasons I enjoyed watching so much.

Edit: No go the fan is fucking it up too badly. I have run the RX9 Suite at it as well as an AI denoiser and its just the occasional fragments of Jon being loud and gibberish whispers. Sorry Guys.

The tail end of their convo wasn't recorded which is a bit irritating.

It's almost noon and the fish are still asleep, c'mon Jet, wake them up.

I also don't get why everyone is trying to form secret alliances when it sounds like the way fish are eliminated is via viewer votes (Like the comedy sketch) or it's through completing challenges. If anything, being two faced isn't going to go over well with viewers, Jon fans aren't going to appreciate Vance trash talking him behind his back, especially when Jon always says good things about Vance.

Making secret alliances only makes sense if the fish get to vote other fishes out, but so far that does not appear to be the case. I guess Sam could always add a fish voting round in the future.

Man, the tug of war over Jon is conflicting. On one hand, Lettie is insane and it creeps me out to see her make moves on an innocent tard, but I do think she genuinely enjoys his company.

But the others clearly can't stand him and are just playing the game by pretending to be his friend and watching them be fake nice to him makes me sad.

Imagine being stuck between the crazy piss witch and these other snakes, poor Jon.

I want Sylvia to go next. Even involving herself in the treachery doesn't make her much more interesting.
 
The fish are awake. The tank played loud barfing sound effects to wake the fish up. This doesn't keep the fish up and they go back to sleep. The tank is now playing loud farting sounds.

Edit; Jon finally gets up. Letty is still trying to sleep.

Edit: It looks like the tank is testing out sound effects that people can pay for in addition to TTS. Currently the tank is testing the "Angry Asian" sound effect, where some angry sounding Asian is yelling in his native language.
 
Lol I love how Jon goes straight into Vance's room and just sits right on his bed and starts talking to a barely awake Vance.

I personally think she just wants to fuck anyone at this point to try to leverage people and make her ex jealous. King Jon sees through the thottery for now though. Letty is quickly become the main antagonist with her blatant lying for no reason other than minor financial gains. Probably a bad idea to be deceptive so early on when it really has no bearing on the outcome of the actual contest as far as we know. Vance has been showing that he will keep his word by splitting the fishbux from the Cell, which is obviously to try to gain trust he can later betray when it matters most. Seems like Letty lacks the foresight and is nearly as impulsive as Jon.
 
I would like to point out that since Jon has done more for the tradcath movement than America First and since Jon’s first appearance, even Ethan Ralph has pledged himself to sobriety.

It's past noon and chat is buying lots of TTSes and mariachi bands to get everyone out of bed. Josie and Damiel are the last real holdouts, and Jon has put the mic in front of the karaoke machine to annoy everyone with reverb again. Josie appears to be vibing to it, though.

Edit: After a few minutes of this, Sylvia takes the mic and starts guttural screaming for a while, then she sets it back in front of the speaker to reverb. Josie is up, Damiel is the last holdout. Damiel was complaining earlier that he just needs one more hour and it's "too early" and right after he said that chat started spamming B4 with sounds.
