I don't want to startle you, but just going by the screenshot it almost looks like you might have accidentally wound up on some kind of social media site. Have you passed out on your keyboard recently? That would seem strange, but much less bizarre and sick than a person deliberately making accounts on popular social media sites.

I'm not sure which one you may have stumbled into since I've been fortunate enough to never have it happen, but they've almost certainly harvested your information, and it'll never go away. All you can do is avoid making the same mistake in the future thus making the problem worse.

Btw my intention was not to suggest that you did deliberately make an account on social media. If that's what it sounded like I apologize, that kind of attack would be totally uncalled for.
