These are your rules and there are hundreds, if not thousands of posts in that subforum that are illegal as fuck, such as ones telling me to KYS or trying to incite violence against me. Clips of me "admitting" to things ganked from videos where I'm talking about things I'm being falsely accused of are in violation of both civil and criminal statutes.

Your options right now are to pin a disclaimer notice that nothing in that forum is to be taken seriously because it's toxic fan fiction, shut the whole thing down entirely or get sued for consumer fraud and gross negligence, along with the copyright infringement and defamation nobody has ever been able to make stick to you. You may want to add your legal beagle to this conversation, but nobody else is welcome unless we both agree to add them.

fool. you need to put up a disclaimer, shut down the subforum or batten your hatches, Josh. There are federal crimes being committed on that site in violation of your own TOS , schmuck.
