Should the vax pass be a requirement for voting or does it discriminate against minorities?

We all know that minorities don't have equal access to identification. It could be argued that voting is a superspreading event and vaccine passports are a must. The upside is that the Drumpf voters don't believe in vaccines so they can't vote. Some insiders could even sneak in the seventh dose as a requirement for passport, so all the drumpftards who have only six doses would be cucked out.

>Be a Democrat
>Rail against systemic discrimination against minorities
>But any discrimination done is against individuals, not the minority race as a whole
>Systemic discrimination does not exist
>Problem.jpg
>Suddenly it clicks
>If systemic discrimination doesn't exist, create it!
>Implement vaccine passes to engage in basic tasks necessary for living
>Minorities don't get the vax and cannot engage in everyday tasks
>Muh precious systemic discrimination finally exists!
>"But didn't you cause it?"
>Don't split hairs! Now hand over your money for, ah, reparations!
