Sirloin is the best kind of steak

Filet might be tender, but it's tiny and way too fucking expensive for no reason. Just about every ribeye or new york strip I've had is a stringy, fatty, piece of hell that was not completely unenjoyable (I mean it's steak) but was unpleasant compared to the consistent, balanced and perfectly sized sirloin.

Filet is for people who understand that good things come in small packages. That quality is better than quantity. They want to really enjoy a nice steak but it doesn't matter if the steak is small. All that matters is that it's really good.

Then you have all the niggers that demand a 42.0z steak and then sit around and complain about how it was full of fat and didn't taste as good. When they could have had a small really good quality steak and enjoyed the experience.

But sirloin is good. I have tried ribeye but I didn't care for it. There is too much fat in ribeye. Restaurants these days take the whole marbling culture that has setup camp in the streak industry way too far.

I have nothing against sirloin but isn't fatty steak the best? I've always loved a fatty steak.

No, it's the perfect amount. The fat is where all the flavour is. Cooked just right, melting in your mouth. That's real steak heaven.
Some fat is fine. I know how fat works. But the steaks these days have far too much fat in them. Especially ribeye.
