I had an idea that would objectively make Kiwifarms worse, but it would be fun.
We should be able to edit the HTML of our user pages like the old MySpace days. That way we could play songs, have custom themes, move elements around, load the page with glitter gifs until it stops working on most browsers, you get the idea.

Anyone else have ideas to un-improve the site? I feel like pokes from the old days of Facebook would also be a fun and irritating addition.

• A message that says "ad blocker detected- please whitelist our site to continue using it" if you're running an ad blocker.

• Make the Kiwifarms logo tranny themed and replace random.txt with "Trans rights are human rights".
• Get rid of the forum system and turn Kiwifarms into an imageboard so that it can be easily spammed with CP and demoralization bait. Alternatively, turn Kiwifarms into a social media like Reddit or Twitter.
• Add a section where Kiwis can post short-form content ala Tiktok
• Ban all slurs like nigger, faggot, and niggerfaggot and ban all people who have said a slur on this site before (so like 99% of the userbase).
• Ban right-wing politics; turn this site into a hecking wholesome 100 reddit chungus anarcho-communist safe space.
• Use Corporate Memphis to redesign every aspect of the site UI, including the famous Kiwi bird logo. Also make the UI overbloated and take up like 1 terabyte of RAM.
• Ban all lolcow content except right-wing lolcow content, that stuff is for neo-Nazi stalkers who stay in their mom's basement, but Matt Walsh needs to be taught a lesson.
• Ban off-topic content except for pornography, which is now allowed and encouraged. This website is now exclusively for supporting the Democratic party and gooning to trans-inclusive porn.
• Replace the current mods with powertripping pajeet jannies.
• Get rid of all doxes on this site except the doxes of evil right-wing MAGA chuds, it's only good if BIPOC trans qxeens do it.
• Ban people for using language that isn't ebonics.
• Leak the IPs and addresses of everyone that has ever been banned.
• Encourage weening and a-logging to the point of SWATing and even beyond. There are no bad tactics, only bad targets, or however the Mao Zedong quote goes.
• Ban people randomly for no reason to keep everyone on their shoulders.
• Keep the site around until the end of time even doe it has been irreparably ruined.

We already have a karma system, sure, it's toned down, compared to what it used to be like, but you still have a reaction score on your profile page.

That's based on how many rating a post gets. Even posts that get a mix of positive and negative, or even all negative ratings, get highlighted.

I went on resetera the other day, to see some comments on a post, and I was shocked to see how many ads it had. It even had pop-ups on the mobile version, and a separate one I had to close.
