If the surgeon puts me through double jaw surgery it's kind of dangerous and very involved. If I only get the sliding genioplasty, that is a lot safer.

No, find a proper group. If you're going to do it online use many different platforms (Facebook, Myspace, Dating Websites, Craigslist...)
There should also be trials in person. You want to have the largest and most diverse study group to ascertain that your results are accurate.

Online, sure. We can do dating sites, facebook, whatever. I've done this with my own photoshopped pics, and can confirm the difference.
In person? Photoshop will not help there.

This. These people are confusing changing skin and fat with bones. Bone movement always looks perfectly realistic, ahead of implants. It's botox and fillers which mess you up. I am getting that for my nose, but that area is considered safe to do it.

Haha we're actually not into sacrifice that's archaic and actually a sign you are worshipping a demon not a real being for good. Skinwalkers can change avatar but often have evil intentions so you need to be careful and learn to tell the difference between imitators who are ysing you for evil purposes and beings of benevolence.
