Yes. If someone has a realistic expectation of the plastic surgery and understands its risks, I have no problem with him undergoing it. The trouble is that I sense that some of you may have unrealistic expectations ("No one let me join their groups because I'm 'subhuman'; After my facejob I'll be truly human and everyone will welcome me with open arms.
