There may be certain motions that you do regularly on a daily basis, that have only required you to use the same muscles every time, but what if we try to spice things up?

Unless you already do this or are ambidextrous, next time you brush your teeth, attempt to do so with your other hand (the one you never use for this, which may be your non-dominant one). Then come here again and post how difficult it was for you in comparison.

Chances are muscle memory has obviously built nicely over the years for that hand, but not for the other; the interesting part is to not only see how challenging this is for you, but also how fast you build that muscle memory for the other. You can post your improvements on here, like maybe you'll go very slowly the first days, perhaps it'll take you double the time to brush your teeth, but by the first week, you'll have equal dexterity on both (for example, maybe it'll take you one day or none at all).

I already do this, it was odd at first because I've always brushed my teeth with the same hand, but once I tried with the other, it took some days to get proficient at it & without challenge.

Them giving you a jigsaw sticker or a rubbish bin sticker just means they didn't like your post.
They don't necessarily think you're actually autistic.
I know what you mean, but not necessarily. This website is filled to the brim with the pot calling the kettle black.

Back to the topic, it would also be interesting to try to write with your other hand, as an exercise. But that's on a higher tier of difficulty than this, since it requires more precision.

i not only can use my LEFT hand to write i can use my RIGHt hand to write because i have great motor skills who are much better thans yours

in fatc my motor skills are so great that i can stick a pencil on my butt and still writte better then you

now disolve in eternal maldness and seething

It's an interesting study.
As a man up in years, my issue is more comfort than ability. As a lifelong mechanic, I have adapted to using both - especially after breaking my right hand at the age of 20 and having to use the left to make money at that time. :story:
However, I brush with my right but if feels 'uncomfortable' to do it with my left.
I throw a baseball with my right but can throw a football much better with my left. Again, comfort for some reason.
Before a leg injury, I would bowl with my right. Due to having to use my left now, my form is better left handed but it feels uncomfortable.

I'm actually trying this out right now.
It's not as difficult as I thought it would be, but it's definitely a fun challenge.
