Amongst all the popular, big corpo VTubers and other big indies, there are countless small, part-time VTubers that get just a couple of dozen concurrent viewers at any given time (hence the term "2view"). One of the benefits of interacting with such streamers is that you're almost guaranteed to get personal responses from them in the chat, leading to a much more interactive, personalized viewing experience, rather than the chat being a constant, fast-paced flow of white noise.

Let's discuss our favorite VTubers that fit the bill - be it because they're new, niche, or are simply a hidden gem waiting to be unearthed.

Found this vtuber a while back that’s a horror themed vtuber that’s inspire by John Carpenter’s The Thing. Also he has a sock puppet that’s hooked up to a TTS program that chatters can use to say stuff.
He also made a vtuber model using claymation once.
His twitch

Dunno if she counts as a 2view anymore but she pretty much was when I found her years ago. Clear Usui is a Japanese Vtuber that does pretty much nothing except watch rocket launches. I unfortunately can't understand a word she says, but I love how enthusiastic she is about it.

Pina Pengin.
She is so busy with IRL shit now she can't even do her usual appreciation posts anymore.(:_(

occasionally I browse low view vtubers on twitch or youtube to try to find someone I like, but no one has really piqued my interest yet
I'm pretty much in the same position; while I might still very occasionally watch someone from Holo or Niji that I still like, for the most part I've stopped following any kind of corpo a long time ago, it ended up being more like the idol industry than I was willing to put up with. I've been looking for smaller indie/solo Vtubers since then, but nobody's really caught my eye so far. A thread like this is definitely a blessing, I'll be sure to give some of them a shot.

Here's a VT duo (?) who likes to do political commentary.

"I Played the Culturally Sensitive Game About Japan"

- Leaflit & Asari

And before anyone asks - no, she's not a tranny, I was confused too.
No that's shurelya
She worked at riot games had an Item named after her and her most known credit is designing the character Lux.

This video is like 20 years old she was very fat back then no clue what she looks like now.

She also made some really good starter guides for the game at some point and she might qualify for first jpgtuber.

Supposedly the other half of the duo is her own mother.

I've been watching AledaSama for the better part of 2024 and 2025, recovering alcoholic who keeps rolling snake eyes in life, between her poor health and taking care of her elderly parents, she is unable to keep a consistent schedule, and catching one live is more of a rare treat than a given and despite life constantly kicking her teeth in, she refuses to lay down and take it.

Most of her content consists of zatsudans and indie games (with the occassional Hunt sprinkled in between), and even though she is an amazing artist, she rarely ever streams herself drawing because, and I quote "I don't like to have deadair in my streams, and I cant draw and talk for shit"

Overrall, a really nice lass.

Her channel
Xitter (rarely ever posts)
Have I mentioned shes a really good artist?

Oh yeah, she keeps a spreadsheet with info about her fans

Sure fuck it, ill share a few that I used to watch when I still used the shitbox that is twitch.

Capablemable - sea otter vtuber, seems she's been doing alot more hand can stuff, but she's pretty funny and nice.

MeisAPcafe - no idea what her job is irl, but she's been busy last I saw, but she does alot of art and danganronpa/pokemon stuff, but overall she's very nice, she actively encourages her viewers to just have her in the background so they can work better.

Duwiexe - pretty cute pixel vtuber, does alot of pixel art streams, very comfy

Ironically discovered BananaJuju because I heard about a SJW campaign to "struggle session" "cancel" her.

My friend really likes her, after he discovered her channel because of the Drama.
There's also guns.

Love leaflit, her political takes and hearing her talk about TTRPG and Fantasy stuff too.

Im personally a fan of Clara Dogford;

Found her cause of the Fallout NV playthrough, shes a bit liberal sometimes with her takes, but shes always extremely positive and brightens my day to see her vod's and video's.

So a tl;dr of why there was SJW drama is because SJWs think that only black people can wear their hair in dreadlocks. In other words, it's "cultural appropriation" delusion.

"Twitter is CRASHING OUT! |BananaJuju talks"

some comments on the vid to BananaJuju:

As a Black guy, this whole thing didn't even cross my mind on the whole dreadlocks crap. I think it looks cool as hell and just ignore the haters. Let the haters live rent-free Juju
Black guy here.
Your design is adorable and those people saying that only black people are allowed to have a hairstyle and crash out are racist.
I had never heard of you before the big nothing burger angry trolls, but thanks to them I found you and your content. Mission Failed Successfully lol
