While I like the game on a technical level and the gameplay isn't bad, the writing is godawful, which makes sense because Dan Slott (one of the worst Spider-Man writers in recent history) was involved. Good old Spider-Man 2 is still the peak Spider-Man game in my book.
If I had to guess, the reason these games are coming to PC is probably because they're on PS5. Maybe PS5 titles are easier to port somehow? Like a better engine or something?
I typically feel weird playing games as a female protagonist but if this is really coming to PC then I might be convinced to play this. Especially if there are fun texture mods, if you know what I mean.
