Ever since they got their shit kicked in with the Gamecube, Nintendo's philosophy is pretty much "fuck trying to compete with the other guys, we're gonna do our own thing".

I tried to like EDF but I'm not a fan of the PS3 graphics.

You should try again.

It does require quite few hours for player to understand the scope of the game but it's buy far the best horde shooter ever. I have around 200+ on EDF 4.1 and 500+ on EDF 5 and even 40+ on Iron Rain(it's bad) and I appreciated every second of it once I got into the mechanics of guns and the enemies.

I'd be damn sure to have 500 absolutely killer elevator pitches in my back pocket before I even contemplated doing a worldwide launch of a novelty piece of hardware.

Correction to my earlier comment in this thread Sucker Punch has clarified that you will not need a PSN account for single player in Ghosts of Tsushima but it will be required for their online co op hoard mode thing.

Part of the calculation for this has to be pure spite towards Valve as well. Sony like all the big developers absolutely loathes having to give 30% of their sales revenue to Gabe in order to engage with the PC gaming market.

It's fine when Sony and almost everyone else take a 30% cut, though. Odd.

FYI, Nintendo had the uncensored version of BMX XXX, and that was back in 2002. This is nothing new for Nintendo

Conker's Bad Fur Day was uncensored on the N64. The Xbox version is censored. Nintendo was okay with the fuck word in the 90's. Microsoft required it to be censored in the 2000's.
