Wokeness isn't dying, it's just making enough problems for corporate/investors to start taking notice. The problem is that even if they wanted to stop it, they can't because their woke fag staff will riot. That's what happened with Lightyear, as Disney initially cut that brief lesbian kiss from the movie but the staff went berserk and demanded it be put back in. Apparently according to rumors, Disney explicitly told Pixar to make the main character look less gay for Inside Out 2 and their response to the fag staff whining is "we lost so much god damn money from that movie, shut the fuck up".
The Ubisoft situation is pretty much the symbol of this. Their staff are 100% woke as fuck and even IF corporate wanted them gone, dumping them won't mean shit when the people handling the hiring process are also woke. So it's looking like the plan going forward is to simply not advertise how woke the game is because they sure as fuck won't take it out, either because they're unwilling or unable to.
There is a way to stop all of this woke staff fuckery and it is to fire each and every one of them. You don't stop a cancer by cutting a little bit of it and finger waging at the rest, telling it to behave, No, you cut every last bit of it and everything it touched.
Corporate for too long thought it was these activist LGBT+ faggots were the way to make a profit because they were the loudest. Now they are starting to realize after massive loses that the "toxic chuds" are actually the real paying audience they managed to piss off and now the corpos are paying the price. Disney lost 1.95 Billion , Ubisoft lost 90% of its stock value and are on the verge of bankruptcy and are running scared knowing the impending disaster AC Shadows is going to be no matter what they do.
It is really not complicated to get rid of woke, it is a matter of leadership to grow some balls and realize these people are toothless cowards and can be removed with little detriment for the company:

"She's 13 years old. STFU no gay shit in the movie" and it went on to be a huge success for Disney.
"Deadpool and Wolverine" is a movie made by actual comic fans starring two grisle white men,with crude, irreverent humor, Goes on to be a box office and streaming success. Disney takes notice.
This woke era is only going to last so long the leadership on top allow it to continue, but once they say "no more" and start firing woke staff en-masse (which in many instances 80% of them are just dead weight draining company resources, all "sensitivity training, HR, consultancy firms, etc that require to be mercilessly purged) then is when this woke garbage is going to stop. The entirety of the western game industry has been co-opted by the left, this inbalance is only going to make the pendulum swing harder when it finally corrects.
It is just a matter of time and if there is a lesson to be learned is that this will lead to a leaner, more efficient, budget minded industry that hires people focused on making fun products for people that want to have fun,
