Didn't Hermen Hulst come from Guerrilla Games? The studio behind Horizon? I thought I heard this via a YouTube video a few days ago. Suddenly, everything made sense.

I'd argue this chucklefuck is holding back that studio by insisting on the same IP over and over. The world is resoundingly tired of Horizon. There wasn't even that much enthusiasm for it when the first game came out, and you can't force people to care.
