Let’s analyze this, shall we?
No you see Fromsoft are actually the ones forcing them to make 109 horizon games. And concord.Yeah I definitely think there's something going on in the background. Sony saying that it's Fromsoft keeping them from making a remake, Fromsoft saying they're open and it's on Sony. All seems kinda fishy.
Someone at Sony had the genius idea to move their HQ to California and hire Western MBAs, and the rest, as they say, is history.I don’t know what the fuck happened
And what a return on investment his choices were. It's just coincidence that every other team in the company was shut down and the guy in charge of what gets made decided a LOT of his franchise needs to get made and his personal pet championed causes get hundreds of millions
Haha remember when the dev said that the Xbox wasn't powerful enough to run his UE5 asset flip and that PC gamers didn't deserve his UE5 asset flip?Quantum error has a pc/xbox version announced.
WOWZERS! also i doubt it's actually rated and it was just a sony intern putting the rating for GTA V as a placeholder considering the content descriptor is the exact sameGTA VI WILL BE RATED M FOR MATURE!!!
I've always found it funny that Halo in general was rated 17+ in the US until Halo 5, in Australia every single Halo game was rated the equivalent of T except for Reach. They should pull a 343 and release a T rated mainline GTA to see what would happen
Astro Bot is fine. It's a fun little platformer, but its main appeal comes from the fact that there's a bunch of corpses of the better games that Sony published. Remove that, and you remove most of the enjoyment of the game. It's good, but it's obviously not worth buying a PS5 for, and not worth the obsession it got from some people.Astro Bot: I heard nothing but good things about this game. My biggest problem is why was this shit launched mid 2024 instead of being a launch title?
Demon's Souls: This is legit one of 2 games I genuinely want to play - the other is Bloodborne-. I will put aside the whole critique about the new art style.
Astro Bot: I heard nothing but good things about this game.
Yeah, astrobot is the very definition of 6.5/10, it's fine. It's just barely competently enough made to not really criticize too much from a gameplay perspective, other than the lack of any difficulty if you're above the age of 3, including the supposed "super duper ultra challenge levels", but the aesthetics can be nauseating to anyone without at least 8 or 9 playstation-themed tattoos and a literal shrine to sony somewhere in their house. It's $60 for a 9-10 hour (13-14 hour if 100%ing it, but 2 of those hours are staring at a literal gachapon machine to get all collectibles) shameless advertisement stuffed full of references that anyone young enough to enjoy the gameplay for what it is won't actually appreciate. The only ACTUAL noteworthy thing about it is it being the only ps5 exclusive even worth THAT, and it being the recipient of what was left in concord's advertising budget once it was shuttered, including millions of dollars in advertisements to the publications voting for all those faggy GotY shows.Astro Bot is fine.
Gamecube was always cheaper, at least in the US. But I’m not surprised that PS2 fans would throw a fit about Nintendo getting one third party game that they didn’t.I was super furious, the gaming forum I used to frequent was practically divided between the rich kids who have all Nintendo stuff and us the peasants who bought PS2
