So who's got that "Boycott COD Steam Group" screenshot handy with all the members busy playing COD despite the boycott?

AAA goyslop gamers are sheep, boycotts don't work because there are way too many blind consumers that don't give a second thought about the content they engage with compared to the minority of players that actually understand the ramifications of Sony's policies.

Your reference could not have been more on point because guess which game is charting right now on PS5 as the most played this week?

Okay so call me dumb but how exactly this sends a message to Sony? Cool you logged off, but youll still play. Maybe they just go "offline" but theyll still be playing to thats a metric.
if a lot of people log off the c-level will spin it up as a positive server infrastructure metric, they never, ever, consider boycotts as a bad thing and will just outright not count if they can't spin it in a projection-friendly term.

null was not joking when he said these people should be nailed to a fucking cross, they have no humanity in them.

Why did Sony go back on their porting to PC stuff. That gave their actual decent games an audience that was more than happy to actually play a videogame instead of watching a shitty TV Show.
Sony got angy that their ports 'only' sold a mil or two each on PC and decided it wasn't worth it.
I would have killed to be a fly on the wall in a Sony boardroom when they realized how little demand there was for Playstation's Exclusives outside the walled garden where they're so starved for games they'll take anything.

And I'm legitimately curious how many of those sales were Snoytards double dipping

I guarantee their reaction was “Who cares lol, people will default to us for third party games anyway since they’re too retarded to know there are other options. Hey Seth, you done sending out those checks to journalists yet?”

I end up using my PS5 mostly for media consumption and playing the few games I've already bought (which are mostly single player titles). Cancelled my PS+ subscription last month. Prime Video and Plex are largely what I use it for now, 'cause the operating system on my living room TV is dogshit and it takes forever to connect with my wifi.

I would bet my money on them just really REALLY disliking the fact that Steam allows anyone to track their very accurate player numbers and thus get far more accurate overall sales estimations than puzzling together dodgy sales data from 40 resellers across the globe and whatever the Devs and Sony tell us.
I mean we basically only know for certain how shit Marathon sold because someone leaked the overall percentage of sales that were PC, which allowed for uncomfortably educated guesses as to the overall sales.
Same with basically the entire Concord-like genre as a whole.

No PC means the numbers Sony pulls out of their ass are a lot harder to refute, which in turn allows Sony to misrepresent what their Soyboy-Daycare Studios and Redditified IPs are still worth to their shareholders.
Especially since their last few ports did not really sell as well as the first wave did.

The worlds most advanced Chromecast lol.

Kinda hard to boycott them when the last thing I bought from playstation was a psp. Or does that make it easy to boycott since I already have for several generations?
Speaking of PSPs I recently discovered the battery in mine has turned into a balloon. Is there a safe off-the-shelf replacement or is it proprietary like the Vita memory card faggotry?

Same reason discs are going away: they want their own walled garden where they have a complete monopoly over who can buy their games and where.

Search for either OSTENT or Cameron Sino PSP batteries on Amazon, there are a bunch available but I can only speak of the quality of those two brands. Make sure to double check the model PSP you have since some sizes will only fit in certain models.
