The large focus on stealth confuses me.

I mostly read manga not western comics so I'm no expert but isn't Wolverine an up and close melee brawler type character and aside from that has a bad temper and is really reckless and impulsive?

He doesn't strike me as someone who's primary battle tactics is hiding in bushes.

He is a stalker/hunter so it dose make sense for the game to have a few stealth sections. So long as you are allowed to say "fuck that" and go all in fighting, im fine with it.

The first game had them too whenever you had to play as Miles or MJ. Insomniac have spent too long in the Ratchet & Clank mines, they don't know you're not supposed to do that any more.

I know Logen is a manlet but he really dose looks so short compared to other NPCs

"Edit" compared the two. The one at the top came out 2009 (almost 20 years ago) and the one at the bottom is the new game.

And the one at the top was considered bad/mediocre, and was hobbled by the fact they had to reshuffle things midway through development to make it a movie tie-in game IIRC.

Even slop from two decades ago is superior to modern AAAA masterpieces.

Then again, games 20 years ago were developed by White men, actual humans, not queer urbanite pod people.

this shit gotta be on purpose, it's one of the easiest designs to do but soylerine fucks it up.
 
I like how if you so much as bump up against an enemy there are gallons of blood spurting but there's no actual gore or dismemberment in the M rated game.

This is like quintessential safe edgy.
