I'm just guessing here, but I think that by moving in with Jeremy, Spring means moving into Jeremy's mother's house, which is where she spent the last week. I don't think she has enough money to rent a place on her own, and I don't think Jeremy has a job.

I looked it up, and it's legal for someone from 16-23 to have sex with someone 16 or 17 in Florida. So assuming Spring really is 19-20 and Jeremy is 16, legally, Spring is in the clear. It's still creepy as fuck and disgusting. Spring is emotionally abusive and manipulative so it'd be a bad relationship even if Jeremy was 18.
I call Spring a female because she is a female biologically, as far as I know. To me, referring to her as different pronouns gets confusing, because then I think he/it/they is a different person from Spring.
And speaking of confusion in referring to her, I'm getting kind of tired of referring to her by the names of all of her kins/identities, which she changes constantly. It gets rather confusing and tiresome when trying to decide whether to refer to her as KawaiiBatter, KarkatPrime, Springtrapp, Lawrence, or whoever the fuck else from a certain fandom is suiting her fancy at that point in time. More than anything, I would like to know her real life name to refer to her as, the name she was given at birth. Even just a first name is fine. Because really, who is she as a person outside all of these imaginary character personalities she projects onto herself?

It's known that Bate's parents enabled Nick's molestation of his sister. But I think these are worse parents because they are actively enabling this skeevy and unpleasant relationship.

They're not worse than bates- unpleasant as springtraps relationship is its consensual. Giving your 16 yo alcohol and being a little neglectful in letting them pick their partners is not on anything like the same level as turning a blind eye to your manchild son molesting your daughter.
I get that springtrap is annoying and none of us like her, but the hyperbole of comparing anyone involved with her to the situation with nick just makes us look as hysterical as many of the tumblr snowflakes.

This isn't completely concrete, but my best proof is that the only accounts liking cha1nshipping's personal posts are bpdadam and hpdcatherine, aka Jeremy and Gat.

I mention this just to point out how monumentally half-assed this attempt at hiding is. She's still talking about the same things, using a Saw-related url, and is listing the same name and age. Somehow, because she hasn't posted massive kin lists and is lying about being professionally diagnosed, we're supposed to think she's a different person.
A lot of Spring's ex-friends from tumblr showed up, and they use he/him pronouns for Spring. Previous to her being discovered by us, she was using "it/its/itself or byte/bytes/byteself" and only changed to more normal pronouns when she got the first wave of anons.
I'll put this out here though, and Spring has said this before, the only thing that has stayed constant about her identity is that she identifies as male and wants to be masculine. She's tried binding, and from what I understand wants to get on T (as of two months ago at least). However, back on kawaiibatter, she frequently lied about being on T and preparing to transition.
Whenever she lists a gender though, she usually tends to use nonbinary ones. Some of them are stupid like "nan0boy" (20% male, 80% agender basically), but they usually have the theme of mostly agender, but somewhat masculine. I don't know whether to classify her leaning towards being agender is her backing away from identifying as male or if she just jumped on the tucute train.

I personally use "they" for Spring because I don't know what they actually identify as and it feels weird to refer to someone who claims to be trans using their birth gender. I'm kind of a bleeding heart in that regard, probably due to knowing enough actual trans people to be a bit oversensitive about it.
My opinion on their gender: In all likelihood, Spring is probably cis or female-to-male, with the former being more likely than the latter. But if they are, in fact, trans, they're just choosing dumb made-up genders because A. privilege economy and B. Tumblr tucutes are not huge on guys, be they trans or cis.
