I think you can just refer the organization to the user handle or something like that after you clarify the situation by answering the questions. My classes on abuse never exactly covered this stipulation though.

I understand reporting the possible domestic abuse, but then, if she's not going to press charges or stay away from whoever the hell Adam is, why bother reporting it?
