The number of times she says "on love" makes me think this isn't just a typo. I want to believe it's because the two keys are right next to each other, but her already tenuous grasp of the english language leaves me in doubt.

I highly encourage people to read this account from Rasasha about the abuse she suffered at the hands of Ren (all of this was confirmed by Ren). Then think about how Spring can look at an alias of this person and think "lol that me!"
I know rape and abuse can screw with a person's head, but I've never met a survivor who suddenly started identifying with every abusive, rapist character they came across. Hell, most people who HAVEN'T been through the horrors of abuse and rape can't look at those kinds of characters and think "I can relate! Totally me lol!"
Spring, stop lying and just admit to being a skeevy, terrible person.

Being kin of somebody else's fursona is the weirdest fucking concept. Fursonas are pretty much just animal people stand-ins for their creator for role-playing or drawing or whatever. They're an avatar of that particular person. It's like if somebody broke into your house, stole your clothes and went around saying they were you, because they are wearing your clothes, and who else but you would wear your clothes?

Maybe she could be kin of Dave Hopkins' Drip Rat next.

The way Tumblr in general has glommed on to Jurassic World makes me sad.

Why can't they stick with the superhero movies and the animated flicks? Do all your shipping shit in those movies. Leave my proto-burds alone. Especially all this 'humanized dinosaur-slash-human' stuff. :(


Little Miss Trapp in particular here needs to chill with the headmate shit. They've got a fuckin revolving door in their mind. What they need to do is sit down and make some real OCs. Some characters of their own.
Though, the 'kin' thing is most likely a phase. I've been flipping through threads pretty fast so I might be a bit confused, but isn't this cow just a teenager? When I was in my teens I wasn't that confident in my creativity, so I didn't have consistent 'characters' that I carried around with me. Then again, I also wasn't on Tumblr, and I didn't call the characters I RPed as 'kin'. So it's not too similar of a situation. (Oh, thank god Tumblr didn't exist back then! All my bad RPing lies in the rotting corpses of Ye Olde Public Chat Roomes. Remember them? Back in the Dial-Up Days. Good times.)

As one of said proto-burds it deeply offends me as well. As for humanizations, I'm actually a big fan of gijinkas but shipping them with human characters? Not in Jurassic World, nope. At best the dinos seem to tolerate some humans, at worst they want to kill them all because they've been driven pretty crazy by life in captivity.

The tumblr attention is probably mainly because of Chris Pratt. Hopefully it will be shortlived because JP is the last thing that deserves the fumble treat meant, especially from the likes of kankles.

Kankles is terrible and I wouldn't even eat her.

Yep. So much 'Raptor Pack' slash with Dino gijinkas. And I have even seen some posts saying shipping the raptor trainer with the raptors is incest since he raised them. And it was like it got some bonus shipping points for it or something. I stopped reading Jurassic World stuff on Tumblr after that. Fandom shit like that is too twisted for me.

I'm a fan of gijinkas under certain conditions. Like, cartoony things like humanized animals should only come from cartoony sources. It's sort of like how turning mass murderers into hawt bishies is messed up.

Or, to keep things on topic, it's messed up in the same way as shipping characters from the Saw series. Every source of entertainment has a little something called a 'genre' that it fits in to. And when you take elements and/or characters from one genre and shove them into another, it screws things up.
For example: Taking the characters and setting from a gory slasher and changing the focus to romance. It doesn't make sense!
And so, following the same line of thinking, (in my mind anyway) taking an action film about vicious animals killing people and turning said animals into people who then date the humans they are supposed to eat makes no sense and just really seems creepy. But I bet Miss Trapp is having a blast RPing her raptor trainer-self making out with one of the dinos. It's what she's in to, right? Relationships with beings that aren't able to give consent. She started with young humans, she's just moving on down to animals now.

Damn, Tumblr is a scummy place. I used to think there were okay parts, but I recently began really looking at the blogs I follow on my Tumblr, and all the bird pics they reblog are from Instagram or Reddit. So Tumblr isn't even a good place for original bird pics.
