Like most things it was better before Obama but Panty & Stocking was 2010 (but in the planning stages since at least pre-Obama 2008 )

P&S is pretty much the last one I've seen that I would consider an all time favorite, what I've watched in the years since I've liked but are not ones I would consider to be all time greats and I've not watched anything more recent than 2016.
