Isn't there a way to compel him to sell or something that can happen with owners who are constant problems? I seem to recall reading that somewhere, and if this is the first domino of that eventuality, I'd be most amused. But I may have just optimistically imagined that.

Seriously, how much of that bullshit does he actually believe? I couldn't keep a streight face for a single fucking paragraph reading it. The only honest segment is where he states he's generated 'significant online infamy' or something like that. He's doing nothing with this but putting money into the pocket of the strata's lawyer as he reads this and chuckles.
He'll probably respond to every point as that's what he's being paid to do by the strata council, but honestly he could just drop it in the ol' circular file beside his desk or maybe forward it to a few friends for a belly laugh for all the difference it will make.

What the fuck does JY think small claims court is? They don't just award damages in made up amounts for hurt feelings.

I don’t know how these things work in Canada, but here in the UK, none of these (made up) issues are under the jurisdiction of the court.

How can being refused entry to a meeting in a public place be a privacy violation of all things??
I'm not sure how stratas work in Canada, but surely all of those screens and cameras Yaniv put outside of his unit and was asked to remove would first need to, you know, actually be approved by, at least, the Strata first?

I think he's angling that the meeting should be in private, but it's being held in public in a restaurant. Therefore non-residents, dining may overhear things like *gasp* when the strata will paint a wall.
